The hosting partner of this project meeting was Polish institution: netEDUKACJA. Meeting took place in Krakow.
Participants from Spain, Turkey, Ireland and Poland took part in the meeting. Irish partner joined the partnership in January 2014. So, we are now four organisation involved.
Meeting starts with the presentation about host country. Then, reflection of previous program, activities, tasks worked out, and objectives achieved so far were analysed and summarized. We went over again through the Work Plan as there are slightly new circumstances (one more project partner was granted). At the end of 1st day “Polish lesson – basic words in 5 minutes” was provided as well as information about Polish cousine.
Working session closed with the presentation about Zakopane, destination of partnership excursion. Last day of the meeting concerned the following issues: presentation of draft project website, discussion and partners remarks on it, dissemination and promotion activities in each partner country, identification of works to do within nearest two months and specifying tasks which should be done before 3rd project meeting. Evaluation of the meeing took place online (with using online questionnaire elaborated by Polish partner).
Opportunity for partners to exchange and develop cultural understanding and culture activities (sightseeing Krakow with professional guide) as well as excursion to Zakopane were organized for participants during this project meeting.
